> **Pros**: The ease of use is absolutely the best part of it.  It's been so awesome to quickly reach out to staff to share a personal message, company message, inspiration, etc. in a quick and efficient way.  The staff at Days to Happy are first class people that are always there and willing to help where needed.  The feedback from our staff about the system has been overwhelming positive.

> It's been a perfect solution for us.  In our industry we are very spread out and work independently in most of what we do.  Having a solution that allows leadership to connect with our staff quickly and efficiently is vitally important.  Connecting with staff and finding ways to reward and recognize staff is absolutely the most challenging for leaders to do.  Days to Happy helps tremendously with it.
