> **Pros**: I like the layout and how it keeps all your recent looked up members on display. I also like how it has the different categories and short cuts on how to find and look up transactions. I really like the alert system that comes in 3 colors when we need to prioritize the alert.

> **Cons**: Not being able to save info that you have entered if you get distracted with a customer you  have to loose your place and start over went entering a new unit

> Overall I really enjoy the Daxko Operations I was trained on it and I really have learned a lot while using this program. I am glad that Daxko is who my employer uses for their business.  I love it. And it make's my job run smoother and more efficient in helping our members.
