> **Pros**: Tenants are able to use this so easily and saves our engineers so much time in programming OT HVAC\!

> **Cons**: The welcome email expires. I wish it stayed live.

> Typically requests would need to be made days in advance and would cost engineering labor and scheduling times which took away from other building projects. Genea allows tenants to use it instantly and saves us time.
