> **Pros**: Financial Cents gives us peace of mind with strong security for sharing and requesting documents from clients, while offering great value for money. Their customer support is responsive and helpful, and the platform makes project collaboration super easy being possible to easily assign task and projects and automate certain steps on the workflow. Document management and payment processing are easy to handle, the possibility of sending proposals and engagelment letters with great flexibility made us cancel our ignition subscription which was no longer needed. The templates took us a while to set up but now they save us a lot of time. Data import and custom forms also work but could be improved.

> **Cons**: The transition from Trello boards and spreadsheet to FC had to be made manually and that was a cosiderable investment of time in setting everything up, once done it was worth it though.
