DispatchTrack

About DispatchTrack
DispatchTrack is a route planning and field service management software that helps businesses manage dispatch operations, logistics, customer communications, order-tracking, billing, and appointment booking on a centralized platform. Using the Visibility Manager, organizations can view the history or real-time delivery status of orders and notify clients about estimated time of arrival (ETA).
DispatchTrack allows businesses to schedule dispatch stops on a map, sort customers into multiple tiers based on priority, and design templates to plan delivery routes according to order volume. Users can communicate with customers via emails, calls, or texts and automatically send notifications to confirm delivery timings. It lets administrators track drivers' behaviors and habits such as speeding, harsh braking, or cornering and idling and utilize the dashboard to access field personnel's GPS locations, order statuses, and other critical information. Managers can also collect reviews from customers through surveys and post them across various social media platforms to enhance brand value.
Using DispatchTrack's Billing Manager, organizations can configure approval workflows, import data in CSV format, and set up billing rules to calculate costs based on parameters such as service type, distance traveled, and delivery time.

Pros
The ability to track ongoing deliveries and the route. The upload of pictures and receiving the signed PODs.
Cons
I didn't like that the disclaimer doesn't seem to be auto enabled. Printing PODs also don't seem to have the headers of each delivery company in the 360 version. However these are minor issues and can be resolved
