About Planner
Planner is a cloud-based route planning and optimization solution, designed to help transportation and logistics businesses manage and optimize their fleets. It offers tools for optimizing routes, tracking deliveries, assigning jobs, dispatching, data enrichment, and more. Accessible from any web-enabled device including desktops and mobiles, Highway allows dispatchers and managers to communicate with drivers in real time, from any location. The platform also facilitates real-time location tracking and job assignment.
With Planner, businesses can plan an unlimited number of jobs, assign them to drivers, and plan optimal routes, taking into account details such as freight weight, capacity, distance, traffic predictions, stops needed, and more. Users are able to track jobs in real time and adjust routes at any time if needed. Driver progress is updated automatically using the GPS location and timestamps from the driver’s phone, allowing managers to carry out instant redispatching as soon as a driver is available. Planner can integrate with third party ERP systems to synchronize data automatically.

Great software that saves my team lots of time. Easy recommendation as it's user-friendly and constantly being improved.
Pros
Creating a route can take a few minutes and makes driving to make deliveries efficient. Customer support is quick to respond and donated use of the software to front-line workers. We now pay for the software to do pharmacy deliveries as it's made things a lot better (tracking and route optimization)
Cons
No regional restrictions. Searching by address would be faster if city or province restrictions were in place. When inputting an address, it search globally cause delays in data entry.

Pros
Being able to manage and edit the different points in real time at any time of the routing and have automatic notices for customers is ideal.
Cons
I think having your own app can speed up the times a bit for the driver

The best thing is that their team it`s always there to help if you have any doubt
Pros
The support is so good and personal, it`s easy to learn and use, and help us to make more deliveries in less time
Cons
I miss some KPI dashboards. For now, I can only see some metrics of each driver but maybe a bigger report that encompasses the results of our drivers

Is easy to use and the team has learned to use very fast and drivers do not need to handle it.
Good customer service and technical support.
Cons
Could be great have more kpi dashboards to follow performance.
