> **Pros**: My favorite thing about ExpoPass is the ease of use for both planners and participants. Also, the ExpoPass team is great at reminding you of deadlines to fill out event info online, upload badge designs, import attendees, and more.

> **Cons**: ExpoPass is a little pricey but absolutely work every penny\! They take care of shipping the equipment directly to your event location and schedule pick up for after the event is over.

> ExpoPass has been just the right addition to level up our conferences. Participants are always impressed at how easy it is to check in, review their info, and print their badge on site. It is also extremely helpful on the back end for set up. ExpoPass team members help you with everything from setting up the badge design, importing attendee lists, and shipping the equipment (with return labels) directly to your conference location. I would definitely recommend using ExpoPass.

> **Pros**: Using ExpoPas was easy to learn. Having a one-on-one meeting before using the iPads was so helpful. Seeing the cases as it was daunting, but after meeting with our contact, it turned out to be a breeze.

> **Cons**: One con I can mention is the need to make a quick fix or add a new entry to the online database. If there were an online portal that could easily sync the two, it would be a huge time- and stress-saver.

> **Pros**: Having onsite support is huge for our company and our events. Expo Pass always has exceptional support staff onsite at our event and we could not do it without them\!

> **Cons**: Saving leads after badge scanning is sometimes confusing. Our exhibitors would scan a badge and take notes, and sometimes back out after that with the scan not saving to the software.
> 
> We always have a very good experience with Expo Pass. They offer tremendous onsite support and help with making sure we set up everything correctly in their software.

> **Pros**: I liked that the Expo Pass system functioned reliably and was easy to use. The equipment arrived ready for use and was picked up on time as promised. Our attendees liked that they were able to make corrections to their badges prior to printing and appreciated how the printing speed expedited their check-in/registration process. The setup call we had onsite was quick and efficient. Using the badge printing system saved us a lot of time close to the conference, as we were able to focus on the last-minute needs of our registrants instead of printing/re-printing, stuffing, and shipping badge holders ahead of time.

> **Cons**: We were a bit nervous about how the badge printing process would play out in action onsite but never experienced any major issues. The badge builder in the Expo Pass portal was a bit limited in terms of text sizing (we have many attendees whose company names vary greatly in length), so we would have liked to have had a bit more control in this regard, but for the most part this was unproblematic.

> My association used Expo Pass to implement onsite badge printing during our check-in process. We found Expo Pass to be the best combination of cost/quality for our needs. The Expo Pass team was supportive and responsive every step of the way and supported us in making our event a success.
