> **Pros**: Always up to date scheduling.  Cross platform (waiting anxiously for iOS app).  Algorithm driven semi-automated schedule creation.  Robust set of rules to help get all parties what they want.

> **Cons**: Can be complicated to learn - robust rules for schedule creation can be tricky to sort out without help.  Our implementation was particularly complex due to the many requirements of our business model.

> Time to create a schedule for dozens of radiologists is onerous.  Pencil and paper does not cut it anymore to be able to properly create a schedule, track changes, and run reports on workloads.

> **Pros**: Completely customizable.  Can adjust importance of each physician's individual preference to maximize overall happiness. Helps prevent a biased schedule and tracks % so you can demonstrate weekends/nights/holidays are being evenly distributed. Staff are quick to respond to any issues and extremely helpful. After we started using it, the hospital threatened to stop paying for it . The physicians revolted and even offered to pay for it ourselves as the group thought it made that much difference in their lives.

> **Cons**: Takes time to figure out how to use it--staff are very helpful in helping you learn though, and after you master it, makes a better schedule than other software programs. Worth the hassle of learning how to use it\!

> Physicians are happier with the schedule it puts out.  The employees at ShiftAdmin went above and beyond helping me whenever I had any questions or problems--some of the best customer service I've experienced.

> **Pros**: At the tip of your fingers you can do everything for your work schedule. Everything from swapping shifts with colleagues to updating shift hours, emailing the group, keeping track of hours, shifts etc... its super simple and there.

> **Cons**: I can't understand how anyone claims shiftadmin has a steep learning curve.  A drop in price or discount for years being a customer would be nice.

> At one point we had three emergency departments all scheduled via shiftadmin. Shiftadmin took away a lot of the headaches of the past for us. Great scheduling and tracking software.
