Shortcuts with pre-defined phrases make the attendant's life easier, reducing the chance of passing on some incorrect information. The format in which all conversations are made available is something that caught our attention and gained positive points.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la centralisation des échanges, la simplicité de répartition des conversations entre les coachs et la continuité du suivi client, même en cas d’absence ou de changement d’interlocuteur.

L’outil est stable, intuitif et fiable pour une utilisation quotidienne par toute une équipe, avec très peu de friction.

La qualité de l’accompagnement est également un véritable point fort. \[sensitive content hidden\] nous suit depuis la mise en place et s’est toujours montrée extrêmement disponible, professionnelle et réactive. Elle a systématiquement mobilisé les équipes techniques ou commerciales lorsque cela était nécessaire et nous a proposé des solutions concrètes à chaque difficulté rencontrée.

Nous avons également bénéficié de plusieurs sessions de formation pour maîtriser l’ensemble des fonctionnalités de la plateforme.

Ces obstacles n’étaient cependant pas liés à Callbell. Ils provenaient principalement de l’historique de nos comptes auprès de Meta, qui nous pénalisait et compliquait fortement la validation de notre environnement Business Manager.

Au contraire, l’accompagnement de Callbell a été déterminant pour résoudre cette situation. \[sensitive content hidden\] et les équipes techniques nous ont accompagnés à chaque étape jusqu’à l’obtention d’une configuration propre, stable et pleinement opérationnelle.

Il s’agit donc davantage d’une difficulté liée aux procédures et aux restrictions de Meta que d’un véritable inconvénient du produit Callbell.

> Nous utilisons Callbell depuis près d’un an chez entrepreneurs.com afin de centraliser le support et le suivi de nos clients via WhatsApp.

Plusieurs coachs utilisent quotidiennement la plateforme pour accéder aux conversations, répondre aux demandes et assurer une continuité dans l’accompagnement de chaque client.

Après une année d’utilisation, Callbell s’est révélé stable, fiable et simple à prendre en main. Son adoption par les équipes s’est faite avec très peu de friction et nous avons toujours obtenu une solution lorsque nous rencontrions un blocage.

La mise en place initiale a représenté un véritable défi technique, principalement en raison de l’historique de nos comptes et des procédures de validation imposées par Meta. Grâce à l’accompagnement de Callbell, nous disposons aujourd’hui d’un compte Business propre et d’un environnement WhatsApp stable auprès de Meta.

Notre expérience globale est donc très positive. La solution répond parfaitement à notre besoin de gestion collaborative du suivi client via WhatsApp, et la qualité du service client a clairement fait la différence tout au long de notre utilisation.

> **Cons**: The service worked well for the first couple of weeks and then we ran into a wave of different problems like:
1. Large latency in sending the messages
2. Some of the messages weren't delivers to the end user at all
3. When writing to a new contact for the 1st time - the message is sent twice
4. The names of the contact are not syncronized across with the original WhatApp application
5. No ability to send voice messages, files or see if the messages was delivered or read.

> The only reason I gave them 2 stars is becaues the support is really always there and tries hard to cover up all the flaws the service has. But overall experience is disgusting. Not recommended.
