When we ask for a report to be added we get told they are working on it, but it never gets resolved. > > More pros than cons. I love the ECP team and how easy it is to reach them with questions; I love how \[sensitive content hidden\] has been on top of trainings and online trainings. Kind of repetitive. I can't type in a medication and it show me a list of all residents that take that medication. I would love to have that. Sometimes I wish there were a way for me to see all resident instead of just one side at a time. There may be but I don't know about it if there is. > > I enjoyed the training in the beginning when we started using it. I do enjoy the check in's from the company to make sure all is still going well and answer any questions we may have. Also, a report to run for diagnosis, who does or doesn't have it.
