> **Pros**: This system is easy to use and allows for a fast booking/invoicing process. all paperwork pertaining to the booking can be sent in one email from the system,

> **Cons**: The training is not ideal. It is over zoom and feels rushed. There is no manual and while the training sessions are recorded and sent to me I have never listened to them as when I require help i do not have time to listen to an hours recording hoping to find the answer.

> Overall it has been a positive experience and we are happy with the product, it saves time daily by streamlining the quoting/ booking/invoicing process.
