About RXNT
RXNT is an integrated Clinical and Practice Management system of cloud-based software for healthcare establishments, which helps users to manage patient records, treatments, scheduling, billing, and complete care. Features include customizable reporting, records management, claims tracking, patient engagement, notifications, resource scheduling, electronic referrals, mobile connectivity, and more.
With RXNT's Electronic Health Records (EHR) solution, medical staff can share clinical data securely and issue electronic referrals, prescriptions, and lab orders, as well as receive results directly within patients' medical charts. The Electronic-Prescribing (eRx) module provides medical staff with access to real-time patient history to help them find the most cost-effective billing options on a case-by-case basis.
In RXNT's Practice Management (PM) solution, customizable reports allow users to monitor and analyze practice data and projected revenues, as well as conduct real-time eligibility checks for claims using electronic remittance advice (ERA). With built-in claims scrubbing and error detection, the causes of denied claims are identified, which helps reduce the number of claim rejections and denials.

Efficient and quick

Pros
It allows not only to pull in medication directly into our EHR, but it can help to decide which medication will and will not be covered.
Cons
It has some difficulty with some insurance plans where you have to lookup by fill data rather than rd.

Quite simply, the best prescribing platform available!

I was first introduced to RxNT about 20 years ago at the advent of electronic prescribing. In the 2 decades since, I have used perhaps 8 different prescribing platforms, usually as directed by the health system with which I worked or embedded in an EMR. I have consistently favored RxNT above all others. In fact, the past 2 companies I worked for adopted RxNT at my urging. And now as I have transitioned to and independent practice status, I have once again engaged RxNT as my prescribing program. I'm extremely satisfied, and feel like I've returned home!
Pros
From a clinician perspective, it's quite user friendly -- intuitive, logical data location, functional drop downs, easy to add patients, and archive favorite pharmacies, to name a few benefits.
Cons
The onboarding was a bit more onerous than it probably needs to be, but then again, because I have a history with the program, it may have simply been less relevant to me.

Horrible customer service that does not take ownership for their mistakes, if your practice is open on the weekends be prepared with backup plans as it frequently goes down over weekends with no support available until monday.
Pros
Relatively inexpensive for EMR, however you don't get fully functional product
Cons
Horrible customer service, billing module does not submit claims correctly, patient data gets changed by the system.

RXNT As An FRC

Pros
I liked the ease of access to client records
Cons
Logging in is somewhat of a chore and no explanation of menu categories…some seem redundant and others seem titled to reflect more of medical field than appropriate for alternative field users.
