> **Pros**: The application is efficient, easy to use and best of all paperless.  Reports and receipts are easily accessible for future use.  All notes between administrator and user are also visible.

\*the actual report date, not only the approved date
\*the actual currency of submitted report
\*the supplier name
The administrator has access to see the above information in the other reports, but the team posting the summary report is missing this important information.
