> **Pros**: Absolutely nothing. Frustrating, badly designed.

> **Cons**: Everything\! I could not find a single aspect I found easy to use.

> Forced to use it by my bank, trying to verify my identity. I have worked in IT in customer support, marketing, business analysis and other roles for over 40 years and rarely come across so bad an "should be usable by anyone with zero training" product. I gave up, and switched to buy my financial product from another bank
