I realize most advertising companies want to show you numbers that favor why you should keep them but theirs is over the top. Claiming revenue numbers from customers that were subscription customers from before we started with Cybba. Some long term customers for years have now been attributed to being Cybba generated revenue. > > Wasn't horrible until we called them out on the data. Thought we cancelled when we had a meeting and the rep said "I'll take care of it". 4 months later and we have to provide cancellation request in writing. No emails, no phone calls, no updated content, nothing for months but they keep charging. If a company has specific cancellation requirements, you should look else where.
