The tool is easy to use and our users felt comfortable working with it quickly. From implementation perspective we had the application running (cloud version) in just a few weeks. No coding is needed only configuration. The application also offers advanced functions with help of analytic tooling. We are not using this yet but we want to keep improving our business process so this will definitely be something we will consider in the future. With help of the knowledgeable Exus consultants we managed to gather the requirements, train and implement in a matter of weeks with positive results and positive feedback from the business community. > > **Cons**: We're looking into possibilities to use AI in the near future, this is not yet fully developed within the application. We're using EFS (Exus financial suite) and we might be looking into additional modules for use in the future.
