From the streamlined and easy to use survey setup process to the ongoing support by the Implementation Managers, there is just so much to offer. The fact that it integrates with our HRIS to transmit employee data makes the process to review survey results more efficient. > > **Cons**: I do wish survey questions were numbered. Although a small con it is a con in my opinion. Especially when we work on longer surveys and having to review the question setup process for accuracy, it was difficult at times to keep track of things and where we were in our review process. > > My overall experience has been fantastic. We have only been a partner of QW for a short period of time but their product and people have helped us in big ways. My interactions with many of their team members have been so good and they truly are partners in our company's success. They speak our same language (from an HR/Industry perspective) and I don't have to feel like I have to explain basic industry terms before getting substantive direction and recommendations. This environment created such trust in one another as we worked through various survey projects.
