AutoRepair Cloud is an automobile repair management software that helps businesses handle operations related to estimate generation, appointment scheduling, inspections, inventory tracking, customer communications, and more on a centralized platform. The auto parts module provides barcode scanning capabilities, which let staff members manage orders, calculate sales price, and handle bulk liquids.

AutoRepair Cloud enables front desk employees to create multilingual invoices, scan license plates, track vehicle repair history, and predict expected maintenance dates. It allows employees to generate, print, and download quotes based on multiple categories, such as discounts and labor, auto parts, or diagnostic costs. With the appointment functionality, supervisors can organize daily time schedules for technicians, bays, and equipment. It also lets managers send email reminders and track communications between customers and technicians from within a unified platform.

AutoRepair Cloud offers an API, which helps businesses integrate the platform with several third-party solutions, such as Quickbooks, Facebook, and PayPal. Administrators can set up user accounts, configure permission rights, schedule business working hours, and generate performance reports.

We loved working along with this program! It just made everything so easy! Loved the ease of use and all of the nice features it has. Makes it worth the investment!

it was a ok experience, nothing special and didn't wow me in any way.

Pros

I liked the features that it had to offer, has a great concept especially for small business. but has some great features and love the tracking progress of each job

Cons

the number plate and vin look up didn't work very well, it doesn't seem to find AUS vehicles very well so that was a downfall to me.

I am so glad to find this application. When I was looking for something to minimize my daily routine I happened to find this cloud-based solution and it really helps me a lot. No need to install it, I can sign in from any PC or laptop; all I need is the Internet. So I basically have a huge inventory of autoparts on my fingertips for instance.
