> **Pros**: SAP NetWeaver is the platform behind the SAP ERP, it has the ABAP and Java stack which makes everything works. It works very well and has a good support for customization. The SAP support is also really good. You can find consultants to help you all around the world.

> **Cons**: Sometimes it can be a little slow, because of how some functions are handled, but you can quickly test with performance tools and adapt your function to work properly. It's not a big con. I think it's maturity has overpassed many gaps that used to be there in the past.
> 
> This is my job, actually. I like the way SAP is based on NetWeaver because it's a very good and stable platform. It works all the time and when there is a problem, it's easier to fix than it would be in other ERPs' framework, like purely Java or C.
