> **Pros**: I love both the recruiting features, as well as retention. They were also super hands on with training our admins.

> **Cons**: The only thing that I would change about this software, would be to send detailed reporting, or for it to pull real time data on agents vs. having to re-upload this data every so often.

> I love using BrokerKit - it makes my life so much easier when it comes to recruiting and also retaining agents. I really love their text option - so I can send reminders out and see who has opened them. I also like to see who has clicked through and opened my recruiting emails. Also, their training is great.

> **Pros**: How simple the platform is to use. I love the labels, details within a contact and how easy it is to send a mass email and/or text to one of our groups of labels. I also love the track record/history it keeps within each contact\!

> **Cons**: I don’t like the login process. As an admin I am always on my bosses account and logging in through his account using Gmail could be difficult
