Document360 manages to be both feature-rich and easy to use, which is a combination you rarely see. The platform is so good, in fact, that we've migrated all of our documentation to it. What I like best about Document360, though, is the team behind it. The Kovai team clearly cares about the customer experience and building the best knowledge base platform out there. They are proactive, respond quickly and clearly when assistance is required, and clearly care about delivering a platform that provides a great customer experience. I'd recommend Document360 to anyone seeking an intuitive, modern knowledge base platform.
