> **Pros**: Clear and easy to use, NOTHING TO DOWNLOAD : Just scan the QR code and ...magic... you are the web page.
Enforcement can be done with any smart phone, here again no app, no investment.

> **Cons**: The parking signs should have an explanation on how to scan the QR-code :
- phone in PHOTO mode (do not take a pic)
-  Get to the link that appears

> With FlexePark, a business can monetize it's parking after hours: I was able to park near the theater I was going to on a lot that was marked "tow away" before.
Since there is no initial cost and no hardware, it is worse doing even on a small lot.
