They kept pressuring us to renew our license eventhough we were not using their system anymore. I then told their rep that we no longer needed their service and to cancle the service. Shortly after I saw they charged us for a full years renewal. It had been less than 1 month when I noticed this and sent them an email to cancle the service and refund me. They refused stating that when I asked the rep to cancle it had already been too late to cancle.
