Pros
The biggest plus to LiveTiles is the ease of use. Though Sharepoint is a tremendous product with the ability to do just about everything, including make your morning coffee and hire staff, it really doesn't have a favorable UI. Unfortunately, this single item can derail an entire deployment. LiveTiles does a very good job of filling that gap and giving companies the look and useable they want.
Cons
The only con is that LiveTiles has yet to offer an option to integrate with the Modern Sharepoint side. I think part of that reason is that the modern side is a bit easier to use and ultimately LiveTiles is has to compete with it, which wasn't in their initial plans. I do think, however, that's a gap that will need to be addressed which they could use to their advantage.
We were in the process of redesigning our intranet from scratch. We wanted a lot of specific personal information and views that general SharePoint online was unable to deliver to us at the time. Some of that functionality has come in, but that just makes our experience using LiveTiles that much better as we get to take advantage of multiple styles/uses. The whole process from contract to build to publish was simple and easy. They are very straightforward and very communicative and available. I never felt left behind or that they weren't listening to any concerns I had.
Overall, this is a fantastic product by a great company and I'm very happy to be one of their customers. My users don't know how much they are spoiled to get the type of info in the views they do without the high cost of custom development. The Tiles that are available are widely varying and extremely customizable. I doubt I would get the value of my dollar th e same elsewhere.
Pros
I enjoy the ease of use to drag and drop building blocks on any page I create, from tiny web parts to custom code to native SharePoint apps/parts, I get to play with it all.
Cons
It can sometimes be hard to line things up correctly as there is no snap-to grid and nested rows actually build on each other even if you have no padding enabled on the rows/columns, so you may have to play with padding for some rows/columns or put in blank spacers.
We needed a way to manage in-house innovation. We wanted a central location to direct interested resources and pool content. SharePoint is an obvious answer but users complained that it is not intuitive or engaging. Layering a Livetiles frontend to the SharePoint experience guides users to important content and improves their engagement with the process.

Livetiles gave us a way to improve functionality of our SharePoint. We updated our SharePoint sites with an attractive frontend that looks like a custom web app. It makes the SharePoint experience more intuitive and our users actually engage with it.
Cons
Livetiles is easy to use but I have to admit -> the more you know about web design and scripting, the more you will get out of the product. The learning curve is steeper than advertised, but once you get the hang of it, it is really easy.
Excellent. Everytime I contact LiveTiles, the response rate and quality of attention I get has always been positive. The entire team at LiveTiles really try to make their products live in my environment as much as possible. And everyone is always so helpful!

The tool makes building SharePoint very intuitive. The drag and drop features including the layouts allow me to build a great looking and practice SharePoint site without coding knowledge. Plus, this software makes it easy for my team to make updates.

We found LiveTiles by chance while searching for a decent combination of add-ons to make our intranet using sharepoint as simple as possible. They have all the pieces we wanted in one products, was easy to setup and we quickly dumped our old drab looking 1980ish sharepoint site for a beautiful and usable responsive intranet site. We couldn't be more happy with this product. It even resolve our problem getting Microsoft's own PowerBI plugin working, and we now just use theirs instead.

Overall, LiveTiles delivers very well as does it's support team and everybody involved. I can't say enough about how well the LiveTiles has developed around community needs which really helps to solidify their product as people feel like their thoughts and ideas are listened to. The success of LiveTiles in a such a short time shouldn't be overlooked - there's a reason the initial product line took off and continues to grow.
