> **Pros**: Implementing a job board with little set-up time required from the SPR staff was one key motivator in selecting YM careers.  However, the YM staff's openness and responsiveness to suggestions and customizations (within reason) are invaluable, allowing the job board to meet the organization's needs.  As we know, one size does not fit all.

> **Cons**: What I like least are the cartoonish-like suggested marketing emails.  However, YM recognizes that style may not fit all organizations and provides content and images for organizations to tailor as needed.  So, my least favorite item is not a barrier, as YM has identified an alternative option.
