Although we do instruct users to use the Save and Resume feature, we still have issues due to international internet instability and people losing data. > > Overall, FA is a highly functional and customizable tool to use in conjunction with Salesforce NPSP. There is a steep learning curve to be able to use all the functionality, but FA has good training and documentation, as well as customer service who help out when we hit a wall.
