About Productioneer
Productioneer is a field data capture and reporting solution designed to help small to large businesses manage and simplify analytical processes related to oil and gas production. Key features include allocations, field tickets, AFEs, charts, partner or regulatory reports, custom integrations, and more.
Productioneer enables enterprises to use built-in or customizable tools to track and generate reports on oil, gas, and water production, well test, engine data, flow back, chemical usage, LOEs, cost consumption, and more. The expenditure module enables users to synchronize daily data entry with AFE processes and directly create, monitor and track status on authorization for expenditure (AFE) or actual operation costs in the system. The solution also allows pumpers to use its remote data entry application to upload data from the field even without internet access.
Productioneer facilitates integration with several third-party applications such as Power BI, Aries, OGSYS, PHDWin, SharePoint, Docushare, SpotFire, Azure SQL Database, and more. The platform comes with a REST API, which allows users to customize the platform as per their business requirements. Productioneer comes with a mobile application for iPhone devices and can either be deployed on-premise or hosted in the cloud.

For our company, Productioneer has been a great way to bridge the information gap between production/engineering and accounting. As an accountant, I find it much easier to get answers to questions related to operations or production using Productioneer. It is a common platform in our company that all appreciate and understand. Previously, our company relied on completely separate reporting systems (different spreadsheets and information for production vs. the separate accounting system). Now, Productioneer offers (almost) a "one-stop shop" for most of our company's needed reports. In addition, it uses information from the accounting system to provide consistency among the systems and departments of our company.
Pros
Wide variety of reports available, including custom reports. Support staff is always very responsive. All have a "can do" attitude with regards to fulfilling requests for new reports, capabilities, or features.
Cons
Nothing significant, although there are probably some custom reports that would be beneficial for accounting (my work) that I am not aware. I use Productioneer primarily for accounting-related lookups and tasks instead of operational/production analyses.

Productioneer gives me easy access to well test data and allows me to get the data I want when I want it.
Pros
Productioneer allows me to look at all kinds of well and production data for all my wells with a few clicks of the mouse. I can see daily data, monthly data and annual data. There is a long list of available reports. I have easy access to well test data and theoretical production data. After viewing my data, I can quickly export the data to a spreadsheet or other file type for manipulation and advanced plotting. It's fast and the software is easy to use and reliable.
Cons
I would like to export my data from Productioneer and be able to immediately open the exported file without having to go look for it. It's not a big deal but I would like to have that convenience.

The very first thing I do every day at work is log-in to Productioneer and the last thing I do before I leave is log-off. I work in it all day. I capture field costs, run customized production reports, review P&L statements, generate spreadsheets used in monthly and annual regulatory reporting, analyze drilling operations, research well histories, generate workover timelines and much more. I use it for everything. This software is extremely reliable and the customer support is great--very responsive and willing to create customized solutions specifically for me!

Productioneer allows me to accurately allocate the volumes that are needed for accounting and analyzing data. Productioneer is very user friendly! Also any issues that I have had, have been resolved immediately! This software allows my job to flow very smoothly!
Pros
I use this software daily/all day with great ease! Productioneer has great reports that I can easily pull for my daily and monthly accounting. Allocations are created with ease and very accurate.
Cons
There is nothing I can say negatively about Productioneer. I have had no issues with the software at all!
