> **Cons**: Price increase . The link included in emails to customers that would direct them to pay and sign rental agreements would ask them to create an account or check out as a guest. This would sometimes confuse customers.

> We had a very good experience. The customer care was excellent, and the system was easy to use once we input our inventory. It definitely takes some of the stress out of running a business.
