I had to submit my ID through a third-party app, which crashed multiple times before finally accepting my submission. A day later, I found out it never went through. After contacting support, they asked for business information I had already provided during signup. To make things worse, my ID was rejected because I took a photo of my driver’s license on my phone, despite explaining that I had lost my wallet and it was my real license. The agent dismissed it, insisting it couldn’t be verified because it wasn’t a “real” photo, even though it clearly was.&#10;&#10;In the end, I wasted a ton of time trying to navigate unclear requirements. Their documentation lacks transparency, and you’ll only uncover critical details after sifting through hours of it. On the bright side, their AI chatbot was actually quite helpful.
