Customer service leaves a lot to be desired on a regular basis. The answers we receive are not always consistent. We have had some unique problems that although we are told how to fix it, we get push back from the next person who helps us. Also, the fact that World pay can hold up a customer's refund is appalling. I am working with Stax not World Pay. If my customer wants a refund this should not take long, or I should not have to call and get it released. Businesses that accept cards often see higher sales and larger purchases because customers aren’t limited by cash on hand. Credit cards also encourage impulse buying. Simply put: more payment options = more completed sales. > > **Cons**: Customer service is very good but it some times takes a while to reach someone. Stax did not activate the auto batch as promised costing the practice over $200,000 in loss income, which took about 1 month to get back. We are still missing over $15,000. Because of this I would not recommend Stax to anyone. > > Terrible process with poorly trained sales reps and customer service agents. I was told everything would automatically transfer over from our old processor. This was not true. I had to manually enter hundreds of autopayments. We were also told batches would automatically close out at the end of each day, also not true. We realized nothing was coming into the bank account and it cost us an enormous sum of income. Very poorly trained sales reps that were only motivated by their commission. It has taken me over 1 month to recover this income by calling hundreds of patients to re-collect payments. It made us look terrible\!
