I like that I can pull reports for customers whose accounts are past due. When it's the first of the month I like that I can send bulk emailed statements, and bulk print. > > **Cons**: I least like the number of steps it takes to create a reservation with molo and the glitches that happen if you make a mistake during the process. If there was a way to shorten the steps it would save a lot of time on our end with reservation. > > I have had overall a great experience using Molo. The customer support staff has always been very friendly and extremely helpful with helping troubleshoot any internal issues we might face.
