 Aid communication between field workers and management with the chat room functionality which allows engineers to contact the backend for additional information, or management to contact their field workers to inform them of any job changes. 

 Manage jobs within the Taskbe dashboard which presents scheduled jobs for the day in a calendar format. Users can view their upcoming jobs for the day, next 3 days, week, or month, and click on the calendar entry to view more details on each job.

 Create estimates for jobs by inputting information on job type, hourly rate, maximum hours, tax rules, and more. Invoices can also be generated after the job is completed using data input on hours worked, materials, and other cost factors. 

 Gain insight into business and employee performance with the reporting suite which allows businesses to generate reports on metrics such as hours worked, duration of jobs, job costs, and more.

 Use the employee map with GPS to monitor hours worked and employee locations. Field workers can clock in and out of jobs using the GPS tool, and “always-on” GPS tracking allows employers to track the whereabouts of their entire team.
