I work in early intervention and service an array of families. I travel to each of them and often times am scheduling visits for an entire month out. It is a life saver in terms of saving me time, in not having to text every family throughout the month or the day before to confirm appointments. My settings are initial alert, 24h reminder and 2 hour reminder and parents love the ease and use of confirming and canceling right from a message. I ahve contractors who are on my team, it takes me very little time to show them how to use the app. I love that I am able to add them to my team and they are able to use for their appointments as well\! I recommend this app and site to all of my colleagues as it is a true lifesaver and makes working so much easier\!
