They failed to clearly explain that the recipient account also had to be paid so upon discovering this, I downgraded my plan back to the free account. Which I had checked before hand I could do. But you actually cant change back, you can only change up a level. So I write to them and they advise I have to delete my account\!\!\! I had spent years developing my course and now have lost everything as I was forced to delete it or pay a crazy monthly fee for the rest of my life\!\!\! I only have 2 staff... so this is out of the question. Extremely disappointed. IsEazy do not make this clear and I want to warn others. Very Deceptive.
