CRM Runner allows users to streamline operations and assign, manage and view real-time information about all jobs/tickets, track work completion progress, and get reports on their status. Custom fields and job templates enable contractors to create real-time reports from the field and attach photos. Apple and Google route navigation enables managers to monitor multiple locations, warehouse and workforce status with detailed reports as per their positions. Managers can view whenever a worker signs-off in real time, as well as track the location of contractors via GPS integration.

The ‘Plan Room’ tool enables users to design a customized work plan highlighting all the areas that need work, attach them to client estimates, and then send to technicians. Users can create custom quotes and invoices which can be sent to clients, and get up-to-date payment details. Organizations are able to receive payments using the mobile app, as well as send payment notifications or reminders to customers, and make payment changes instantly. SMS notifications can inform clients and workers of any time alteration requests, delays, and upcoming appointments.
