GaragePlug is a next-gen auto repair shop software equipped with most powerful features to streamline auto repair shop operations and business growth.
It comes with a FREE Trial, No lock-in contracts or commitments. It has modules such as job-cards with digital signatures, inventory control, barcode/VIN scanning, service feedback, reminders, appointments and many more.
With GaragePlug, users can create job cards, manage inventory and invoicing, as well as set up SMS and email notifications with workshop's own branding. GaragePlug also support multiple user access, feedback collection and reminder automation, appointment scheduling, plus reporting and analytics capabilities. Pros
Good for Job tracking and assigning technician as per their rules
It gives idea overall what is happening in the workshop.
Activity log option at job level is very helpful.
Cons
Should be notification / alerts at every level according to the jobs.
There should be priorities for technician's assigned jobs.
