Tailored contact lists can be generated for event announcements, appeals, and other communications, with users able to define selection criteria and modify results to fine-tune lists. To ensure that donation acknowledgements are completed in a timely manner, Eleo includes a Mailing Wizard through which users can create mailings following a step-by-step process, and a Mailing Dashboard which allows users to monitor any thank-you letters to be processed. Users can record volunteer availability, knowledge, and skills, track their activities and hours, create volunteering opportunities, manage communications, assign volunteers to jobs, and more. This software has a lot of the same features as larger, more expensive CRM tools, but without the years-long contractual agreements, and with way more affordable pricing for a small/mid-sized non-profit like us. So far, Eleo has really delivered. We finally have a system in place for strategically reaching out to membership and generating the reports we need to analyze our success.
