Engagifii has superior reporting options than any other product on the market. In addition, the bill tracking system is top notch allowing for comments to be included and tracking of bills in many methods including bill status and priority. Lots of bill tracking products focus on searching for a bill, but have limited tracking and reporting options. Engagifii is the whole package. > > **Cons**: The Customer Service and Tech Support teams are very responsive and have been working with us to tweak their reporting options to eliminate duplicative efforts. The reports work great, but the Engagifii team have gone above and beyond to help us reduce extra efforts on our end. The system has notifications, but we are working with them to load bills and thus notifications quicker. > > We had bootstrapped our own bill tracking service for many years, but due to some technical issues, we went to the market to fill this need which is critical to our client service and doing our work day to day.
