### Key benefits of Project Board

 Users can add project names, descriptions, categories, costs, deadlines, files, and media, and assign projects to team members and clients.

 Tasks can be added to projects within project deadlines and assigned to individual users, and standalone tasks can be created and assigned without linking to any projects.

 A range of roles can be added and used to control access to project boards with permissions including adding or editing projects, tasks, and users, and creating invoices.

 Multiple invoices can be generated for projects, for advance payments, tasks, milestones, and final invoices, and users can add line items, amounts, descriptions, discounts or taxes, and invoice terms.

 Tasks and projects can be set to ‘auto close’ once their deadline is reached, after which their status is updated to ‘Completed’ in the project feedback and user evaluation mode.
