> **Pros**: The Universe Process made the application process much more manageable for us and for the applicants, not to mention our evaluators.  Once we got the hang of the eligibility questions, it was very easy.  The real benefit though was the integration with CSuite.  Automatic emails are fantastic.Our evaluators were very happy when we switched to SLM, too.  The side by side evaluations made their work much easier, as well as how easy it was for them to view uploaded documents.  The reporting functions are fabulous.  We use it for several reasons, but the most impactful reports have been our end of the year data analysis for board presentation.

> **Cons**: I still feel like creating eligibility questions is difficult.  Since we only do it once a year (if that often), it always feels hit or miss.

> **Pros**: The overall application experience for students is amazing.  Efficiency is so important during the scholarship cycle and SLM allows me to work confidently meeting deadlines.

> **Cons**: I have been the scholarship coordinator for almost three years, and the foundation was already using SLM at that time.  So, I was not a part of the initial cross over from paper applications to SLM.  Over these three years, I really can't think of anything that I don't like.  Foundant is always looking for ways to improve functionality and I think they do a really good job in all areas.

> **Pros**: The platform is really a time-savings tool\!  Once you get accustomed to the workings of SLM it can save you so much time\!  It is user friendly, cuts down on long lines of people turning in paper copies, and is great for reviewers.  No scheduling meetings for reviewing scholarships around a committee's schedule.  They can do it on their own time\!

> **Pros**: Platform and using the software is user-friendly. Online chat staff is very helpful. If online chat is off, you can find answers within the system, on forum as well. 

I also like about this software that we can use it for multiple purposes, such scholarships, grants and/or nominations too. 

First, I was  little concerned about coordinating the nominations here because, as expected, we received same nominee from multiple nominators. We had to wait until the deadline to combine those nominees. I downloaded the duplicate nomination, removed duplicate articles (if any) and uploaded everything under comments and notified our evaluators about additional materials. It was easier than I thought.

> **Cons**: What do I like the least about this software? Nothing comes specifically into my mind now. If I cannot figure something out, I always contact your online chat and get the professional assistance that I need.
