> **Cons**: Some of us work alone for 8-12 hours a day. Self-rescue procedures and responses would be helpful. Also (possibly) how to help someone remotely (i.e. getting location information, injury information, etc) that can be used when someone else needs to call for rescue. We are most often single-staffed, and while we have a "lone worker status update" program in place, I think training on rescue procedures as a remote coworker might be helpful.
