I cannot complete report in 3d mobile or phone 3d. After working hours in the field I need to spend hours to deliver reports.

I am working also in Spectora program for other company. This program appears far away then 3D in positive way.

I am working in 3d last 20 years every day but when I tried Spectora that is samthing I liked after first usage.

> **Pros**: Once you have the product up and running it is really good, makes writing reports really easy \& quick, on average I would be 90% done when I walked off site.

> **Cons**: The service... WHY??? With a solid product that is unlike the other Home Inspection packages, why would a company offer such poor support? The setup process for 3D is arduous to say the least, you WILL require help or at the very least several hours of their instructional videos,  the upload/download system is quirky and has a limited number of transfers per year before additional fees are required.  The CSV is slow/unresponsive/rude, it is basically worse than what I would expect from the customer support for a totally free product.

> It was very hard learning to use this software, but once you get the hang of it, it is pretty darn good\! the Customer Service though... It was poor whilst I was still trialing and the sales support isn't much better. It was purely down to the CSV that I purchased another platform.
