> **Pros**: Acrew has reduced the amount of time our leaders spend interviewing because we use the 3 minute videos to screen out candidates prior to the lengthy, 1on1 interview. This has made our leaders more efficient recruiters. Since time is money, we hope to improve our cost per hire and see a reduction in turnover.
 
It's also a very easy and intuitive software to use. We preferred to create and launch our profile on Acrew ourselves, and were able to do so with ease.  If we ever have any trouble, the Acrew team always works quickly and efficiently to solve our problem.
 
Since they are a growing company, their growth aids to accommodate our growth as well.

> **Cons**: There are some small technical difficulties that we face. For example, in order to publish or unpublish a job post, you have to edit the job post and unpublish it rather than just clicking the unpublish button in the tool bar. We also understand these are tech issues they are currently working to fix.
