Etleap Overview
What is Etleap?
Etleap is a cloud-based Redshift ETL tool which allows users to combine data from multiple sources, including on-premise and cloud-hosted databases, cloud services, and application log files, in a Redshift warehouse. Engineers and data analysts can add or modify new data sources with a single click, apply custom data transformations, and view pipeline status in real time. Etleap provides a range of transformations, and allows users to code custom transformations in several supported programming languages. Users can view high-level pipeline status in the dashboard, and drill down to view individual pipeline properties and current data processing activities. Etleap offers end-to-end encryption, supports single sign on (SSO), and is both HIPAA-compliant and EU-US Privacy Shield certified. Users can also integrate with a range of analytics tools, including ChartIO, Looker, Mode Analytics, Metabase, Periscope Data, and Tableau.Etleap Overview

Pros
This is the tool we used for our ETL and we were later going to move to something with less engineering resources involved.
It does the job and it works well but if you do not have enough time / engineering resources to write the code to do the ETL, you’ll have a hard time. There’s a little bit of a learning curve but definitely less difficult than dell boomi.
Cons
It’s a significant learning curve if you don’t have enough engineering resources to build out your pipelines.
