As the treasurer, I find it solves critical problems like keeping accurate accounting for each household, sending annual invoices, and tracking late fees. I also use PayHOA to pay vendors and to create 1099 forms during tax season, which adds great value. The most valuable aspect for me is the reports and reconciliation features, which make it easy to show the board how money is being accounted for. Additionally, I love their responsiveness whenever I have a problem or question. The setup was pretty easy, even though I'm not a finance person. They offer a lot of assistance to get started. In addition PayHOA has a lot more to offer with features we haven't utilized yet. > > **Cons**: I access PayHOA on a PC which works great.
