> **Pros**: Grape is a Chat Messenger that integrates into my business tools like SharePoint or Atlassian. It is secure or rather outside the US FISA warrant territory. Grape ensures fully compliant data privacy (GDPR).

> **Cons**: Free trial ends after 30 days, prize: no low budget solution
> 
> As a company based in Europe, we wanted to use a secure "Technology made in Europe".  Another key criterion was "flexibility". As far as I know, Grape is the fully integrated messenger solution for business tools like Jira, Confluence, Crowd etc.
