I've been using this software for over 2 years now and I don't see any other VPN that outbeats it.It helps me to accomplish several tasks online and get access to services that originally I couldn't. The application offers a couple of cool features that really enhance browsing security. For example, I can connect to more than 3 different locations at once, and there is an option that automatically disconnects me from the internet whenever I reboot my PC. This potential stops trackers from tracking me even apps in the background. It's a really amazing VPN to use. > > **Cons**: I haven't got any criticism regarding this software. I still use it today because it works well. > > NordVPN helps me gain access to websites and services that are limited to only certain zones. It also protects my presence only from hackers and malicious tools that can possibly compromise my data. ----- ### "Most robust VPN out there - but watch out for pricing" — 5.0/5 > **Lois** | *October 1, 2024* | Marketing & Advertising | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: It's reliable, it doesn't randomly disconnect, and you have control over the countries and servers you can choose. It also doesn't seem to affect internet speed and seems to be the only VPN that reliably works with online streaming services. Works well on both mobile and desktop. > > **Cons**: It's a bit more expensive than other providers and if you don't check your plan they increase it without asking... Also my desktop app seems to want to restart every other time I open the laptop which I don't think is normal or it's at least inconvenient. > > Overall it's the superior VPN provider so despite its drawbacks it's the best of the bunch. I've used it in the UK, Mauritius, Thailand, Egypt, Australia, and a few other countries and it's always worked well. ----- ### "Highjacked my computer" — 1.0/5 > **Lise** | *August 12, 2025* | Computer Hardware | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Pros**: Fast connection\! Always easy to connect. Easy easy eas easy to connect\! Easy > > **Cons**: They have highjacked my computer, I have not been able to log in for over a week and getting no responses from emails or customer service\!\! When I rebooted my computer it is asking me for a master password which I have NOT set up.....and because i dont have it. I CANT LOG INTO MY COMPUTER\!\!\!\!\! > > Horrible, I have sent 10 emails and still nothing from anyone. And NO I cant click the cancel button.... ----- ### "NordVPN is reliable" — 4.0/5 > **Anonymous User** | *November 12, 2025* | Outsourcing/Offshoring | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: I love how easy it is to turn the vpn on and have options of so many different locations to choose from. > > **Cons**: On some occasions it has stopped working properly, where the internet gets very slow and this is not good since I use it for work and leisure. > > Overall NordVPN has been a very good software to ensure I get stable (most of the time) connection while protecting myself. ----- ### "Top VPN for Speed and Simplicity" — 5.0/5 > **Valentin** | *June 4, 2025* | Machinery | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: I really like the wide variety of server locations and how easy the interface is to use. The app is intuitive, fast, and makes connecting to a secure server effortless, even for non-technical users. > > **Cons**: Some servers can be a bit slow at times, and switching between them may take a little longer, but overall the app works smoothly and securely, so it’s not a big concern. > > Very smooth and reliable experience.
