> **Pros**: The paying of payroll tax filing was integrated into FingerCheck, which I found to be helpful. It managed federal and state filings well and self-completed filings such as 941 or W-2 without additional assistance. This has helped me avoid the need to hire other compliance consultants.

> **Cons**: There is one flaw in the accrual system for PTO in that it gives wrong hours whenever a shift is adjusted during entry. There was a need to correct one employee balance since the Balance was reduced for a resubmitted timecard twice.
