Moosend is a cloud-based email marketing platform with marketing automations for managing multiple email campaigns, mailing lists, newsletters, and more. The solution is suitable for freelancers and businesses of any size, and includes email templates, automation tools, real-time analytics, and a drag-and-drop email editor.
Moosend includes a range of responsive, customizable email newsletter templates, with users able to customize every element to suit their brand. Emails can be previewed across multiple device formats and tested from within the email editor. The drag-and-drop editor allows users to add, remove, and customize elements without needing any previous experience, and also includes a code view for users with experience of HTML and CSS. Drafts are automatically saved, and users can access their email design history at any time.
Users can create custom opt-in forms to collect subscriber data, and include these in their website, Facebook page, or blog. Email lists can be segmented using any subscriber data, and campaigns can be customized for different subscriber segments. Moosend’s automation tools allow users to select trigger events, add filters, and choose actions to create automated workflows for a range of scenarios, such as new subscriptions, cart abandonment, and subscriber anniversaries. Pre-built workflow templates are also included, and can be fully customized by users. Moosend’s real-time campaign analytics give users insight into email open rates across different devices and email clients, performance by location, subscriber activity, click-through rate (CTR) for multiple links in a single campaign, and more.

A Wonderful Email Marketing Software

Pros
Deliverability and the level of customer support - are two critical features of the software for me. I like that it is not overly complicated - there is room for more features, but the ones you get are great!
Cons
I would like to see some templates outside of the e-commerce realm, but that is not critical for me - I can still design a layout that works for any purpose. I also like the canvas style of visual planning of campaigns and sometimes wish Moosend could head that way. On the other hand, the step-by-step setup that they currently have takes care of all the details and ensures that your emails are ready for prime time.

Pros
I like the pricing, and not much else. 40 char?
Cons
Forced me to clean emails, and rejected my entire list just because it had some "bad emails." They couldn't tell me which were bad. Also the tagging is very limited. I can't submit a CSV list of separatae first name and last name and my own tags. When I reached out for help they said my problem to solve, they won't help. They tried to use the excuse that they were protecting my domain...but it's a newsletter....don't have a domain to protect. But the fact they didn't even want to bother helping is what led me to disable my account. Mailchimp did everything I wanted...but for more money.

Pros
They offer so much for an affordable cost and the subscriber amount they allow in the same price range is more than half of the other guys.
Cons
It is a but of a learning curve when you are used to using something like convert it. But once you learn it it is really easy to use. Plus their customer support is the best I have ever seen.

A hidden gem

Pros
I enjoy the simple, but powerful use of this software. It's design and user-friendly. I can set up campaigns, sales and landing pages with ease. I also LOVE the quick-to-respond customer service. They have always helped me.
Cons
There isn't anything I have found that is lacking yet!
