Employee Scheduling and Time management made easy

Pros

I have used Homebase for employee scheduling and time tracking for 2 years. It has made the job of keeping track of employee availability, leave of absence, and labor so much easier. So I spend more time on the development of other areas of my work.

Cons

Honestly, all the features that I would want are supported by Homebase on different product packages.

Pros

It's very easy to use/learn and very new users friendly.

Cons

more addon would be uselful to be able to use homebase to his maximum potention, example adding notes to employees to have easy access to their preference in schedule.

terrible- it is very hard to see the schedule and use and for the minimal function a small company...

terrible- it is very hard to see the schedule and use and for the minimal function a small company needs it is very expensive and we have never been a priority with the company at all- they don't care about the little guy

Pros

If you had a large company it might be useful to you but unless you use all the features it is a waste of money.

Cons

It is very expensive. The support is terrible and takes a week to do anything. If you sign up and want to cancel 2 months later you still have to pay for the entire year. it is a scan to make money

The built-in communication tools were particularly helpful, allowing us to stay connected and coordinate seamlessly. However, there were occasional technical issues, such as app lag, which sometimes hindered our workflow. Despite these minor setbacks, Homebase has been a valuable tool for our team, and the responsive customer support has been a great asset.

Pros

I really appreciated the user-friendly interface of Homebase. It made scheduling and time tracking incredibly easy and efficient. The ability to communicate with my team directly through the app was also a huge plus, as it streamlined our workflow and reduced the need for multiple communication tools. Additionally, the customer support was always responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions or issues.

Cons

Pros

Scheduling- it’s easy to request time off, pick up shifts, drop or trade shifts.
I love how your able to view your schedule as well as see which team members you will be working with on certain shifts.
